Job Summary

The Regional Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing regional administrative operations and activities, including coordinating with immediate management to develop strategic program goals. The role involves direct reporting to the Zonal Admin Head on day-to-day activities, incident management, and monitoring and reporting of key project activities.

Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Strong technical knowledge of facility management.
  • Experience in soft services facility mgmt.
  • Good communication skills (written/verbal).
  • Ability to work, learn, and perform under extreme pressure.
  • Willingness to travel.

  • Professional certifications, additional language knowledge, strong analytical and logical understanding.
What We Offer

As a Regional Administrative Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and take ownership of managing regional admin activities and operations. You will also have the chance to communicate and coordinate with immediate management to develop strategic program goals.

You will be responsible for directly reporting to the Zonal Admin Head on day-to-day activities, incident management, and monitoring and reporting of key project activities. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to manage calls and discussions, end-to-end exam day and non-exam day administrative activities management and team coordination, and ensure zero incidents on exam day related to admin services.

Other responsibilities include helping in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members, defining and deploying control and monitoring mechanisms for admin teams within the region, training and development of admin teams within the region, ensuring standardizing of processes at all exam venues, and regional vendor management.

As a Regional Administrative Manager, you will be a central point of contact for all facility-related matters at the regional level and ensure SLA/SLC at exam venues. You will also govern over ViDZ/LISP partners, regular meetings and closure of audit points, contract management, help/support in shortlisting prospective partners/venues identified by city heads based on defined parameters within the region, maintain and monitor legal compliances for all venues, prepare and deploy contingency/BCP, surprise checks at exam venues, handle crisis situations, coordinate and manage with manpower agencies, conduct audits of exam venues, and perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
