Job Overview

This role is for a highly skilled and versatile professional to work closely with the CEO on cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in business operations, sales, or HR.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximize revenue — identify and fix funnel leakages, shape pricing/packaging strategies, and enable the team with better processes and tools.
  3. Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — provide strategic inputs and process design.
  4. Own and drive key partnerships (e.g. payment providers, enablement tools), ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  5. Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR — improve onboarding processes, drive org health projects, and support strategic hiring efforts.
  6. Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of early-stage startup experience in business operations, sales, or HR.
  2. Passion for all things business and sales.
  3. Exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and agency.
  4. Ability to context-switch between domains without losing depth.
  5. Comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
