HR Generalist Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a proactive HR professional to support various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, office events, and external relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive recruitment support, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, fostering a positive work environment.
  3. Organize and execute office events, promoting team building and socialization among staff members.
  4. Manage public relations efforts, ensuring a favorable company image through media communication and community outreach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role, with proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and event management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Certifications in HR Management, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, are highly desirable.
