Job Title: Chief Digital Transformation Officer

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving large-scale digital transformations, with expertise in architecting and implementing complex systems. They will have experience in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and communicating technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive architecture strategies for large-scale transformation programs\
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and delivering complex systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation\
  • Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both business and technical audiences, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in\
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, advising on strategic directions for the organization\
  • Ensure adherence to governance structures, standards, and best practices in design and implementation\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders\
  • Maintain a deep understanding of software engineering concepts, SDLC processes, and non-functional design principles\
  • Conduct system architecture evaluations and collaborate with project management and IT development teams to improve architecture\
  • Deliver enterprise architecture blueprints and advise on setup associated artifact hierarchy and ownership\
  • Establish architecture and design governance, including standards, best practices, guidelines, and compliance processes\
  • Strategic planning, balancing short and long-term objectives/priorities with organizational goals and constraints\
  • Analyse the business impact that certain technical choices may have on a client's business processes\
  • Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required\
