Job Title: Chief Security Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced security professional to own and execute our end-to-end security audits and compliance initiatives across applications, infrastructure, and organizational processes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security concepts, threat modeling, and risk management. They will be responsible for conducting technical assessments, analyzing security configurations, and identifying potential risks within the company's IT infrastructure, applications, and services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and implement security controls, such as access controls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate vendor security and compliance by reviewing their responses and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate security findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with audit/compliance, application security assessments, and cloud security preferably BFSI domain.
  • Strong exposure to AWS cloud infrastructure (Guard Duty, security hub, inspector, Firewall, IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, Security Groups, etc.).
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices, vulnerability management, and threat modeling.
  • Experience with security controls, vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, wire shark), or SIEM.
