Job Title: Data Security Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Security Specialist, where you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive data.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of awareness and compliance by conducting training sessions and promoting best practices among colleagues.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external clients, addressing queries and concerns related to compliance and data security.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure seamless Change Management and Access Control processes are in place and well-documented.
  • Support incident response efforts, maintaining accurate logs and facilitating effective communication between teams.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of internal documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and communicate key implications to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, organizing evidence, facilitating interviews, and ensuring preparedness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in compliance, data privacy, communication, and collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in presenting information, hosting sessions, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Detailed-oriented approach with a proactive and organized work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts to support global clients.
