Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your organizational skills in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interviewer availability across time zones, ensuring seamless communication for virtual and in-person interviews.
  • Schedule and send formal calendar invites to interviewers and candidates, including necessary details such as job descriptions, interview links, or office location.
  • Arrange logistics for in-person interviews, including booking meeting rooms and securing security gate passes.
  • Evaluate and update candidate information in our talent acquisition platform to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain real-time updates of interview progress and status in our system.
  • Organize follow-up meetings and debriefs post-interview to capture panel feedback.
  • Ensure timely submission of interview evaluations and ratings on our platform.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR coordination or talent acquisition support, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment across various regions.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic setup.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
