HR Business Partner Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business units by aligning HR practices with operational needs. This includes ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes, coordinating onboarding and induction programs, and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

The successful candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP support role, with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting business units by executing core HR processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations;
  • Coordinating onboarding and induction programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization;
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; and
  • Assisting managers with the performance management cycle, including timely feedback, goal setting, and development plans.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP support role with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute);
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels;
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes;
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail and process adherence;
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred; and
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
