Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Admin to join our team.

  • Maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports for seamless operations.
  • Engage with employees to boost morale and productivity.
  • Proactively identify and address employee relations issues.
  • Handle grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage HRIS and payroll systems effectively.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment and ERC teams for smooth onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Oversee contractors and agency staff records.
  • Deliver results-driven performance with high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data management.
  • Effective communication and negotiation.
  • Excellent presentation, reporting, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to delivering results with high standards.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of human resources experience.
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
  • Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of human resources experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
