Job Title: HR Business Partner

We seek a dynamic HR professional to support the growth and culture of our organization. As an integral member of our team, you will act as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees, driving meaningful impact across the business.


About The Role:
  • Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Communicate, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts with fairness and discretion.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and continuous feedback.
  • Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation.
  • Support performance management, goal-setting, and learning initiatives aligned with business goals.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 26 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within a tech or product-based company.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A people-first mindset with a strong focus on cultural alignment and organizational development.
