Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

The Employee Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and engaging employee onboarding experiences. This position oversees the entire onboarding process, identifies gaps in current practices, and proposes actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process to deliver a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
  • Identify gaps and pain points in current onboarding practices and propose practical solutions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and MIS reports at defined frequencies (weekly, monthly).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and close gaps within the scope of onboarding.

The Employee Relations Manager also handles grievance redressal mechanisms, ensures timely and empathetic resolution within TAT, and maintains logs and grievance dashboards with trend analysis for business insights.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identify recurring issues and propose preventive measures and policy/process improvements.
  • Drive closure of identified improvement areas.

This role involves building and maintaining healthy employee relations, addressing concerns through regular connects, conflict resolution, and support to managers. The Employee Relations Manager processes employee movements, identifies department-specific training and development needs, and recommends targeted HR interventions.
