  • Recommend and implement innovative HR solutions to drive business success and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in people management, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
  • A results-driven approach, with the ability to leverage HR metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and compliance, with the ability to apply this in a practical context.
  • A comprehensive understanding of all HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
