  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development.
  • Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data to measure success and develop proactive actions.
  • Own and drive HR policies and directives for smooth implementation.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning.
