The Role

We're looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Specific Line of Business, based out of Jaipur. This isn't your regular HR role – it's about building the bridge between business strategy and people success. You'll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, while ensuring our teams feel heard, empowered, and inspired.

What You'll Own

  • Partner with LOB leaders to understand business goals and align people strategy accordingly.
  • Drive end-to-end HR responsibilities for the LOB – from workforce planning, talent management, and performance enablement to engagement & culture building.
  • Act as the go-to person for employees – fostering trust, solving problems, and ensuring policies translate into people-first actions.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on org-wide initiatives (L&D, engagement drives, rewards & recognition, compliance, etc.).
  • Champion Thrillophilia's culture of speed, ownership, and growth mindset, while balancing empathy with business results.
  • Analyze HR metrics and pulse data to drive continuous improvement in engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure as an HRBP/generalist for a fast-paced business unit.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – a natural relationship builder.
  • A problem-solver with the ability to manage both strategy and execution hands-on.
  • Comfort working in dynamic, high-growth, and entrepreneurial setups.
  • Someone who thrives in a 6-day work culture and enjoys the hustle of scaling a global marketplace.
