Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to support the full scope of HR responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will partner with the organization on strategic initiatives, maintain and enhance human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.

This role involves supporting all aspects of HR, including recruitment, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will have experience in training and development at ground level and be able to handle overall plant and corporate HR, as well as liaise with local departments.

Qualifications:
  • MBA in Human Resources or regular MBA with a focus on HR.
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources.
Required Skills:
  • Strong workforce recruiting, retention, development, and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
