Job Title: Human Resources Executive

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to lead strategic initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and oversee core business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies, including performance reviews, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Design and execute impactful rewards and recognition programs to boost employee motivation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on growth initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies through meticulous analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation.
  • Analyze HR data to identify process improvements, enhance retention rates, and optimize employee engagement.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring seamless service delivery and promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in human resources, with a strong emphasis on performance management and R&R.
  • Knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations is necessary.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS systems is required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining adaptability is crucial.
