Role Discription:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, formulating and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR management tasks. The position involves daily interaction with employees, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • HR Operations and Employee Relations skills
  • Knowledge and experience in HR Policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the mobility or transportation industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle hiring process for drivers.
  • Source potential drivers through job portals, local networks, and recruitment drives.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, verify documents (DL, Aadhar, etc.), and manage background checks.
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and training of new drivers as per company standards.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers to meet business demand.
  • Collaborate with operations and fleet teams to forecast hiring needs.
  • Keep accurate records of driver data and hiring metrics.
