Company Overview Nexus Jobs is a trusted leader in talent staffing services providing comprehensive manpower solutions across India Headquartered in Jaipur we specialize in delivering tailored recruitment services including immediate placements part-time and full-time jobs freelance projects and career opportunities for both freshers and experienced candidates Our expertise in the Human Resources industry enables us to meet the unique staffing needs of our diverse clientele Job Overview Nexus Jobs is seeking a Junior Human Resources Executive for a full-time position based in Jaipur The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the HR field The role involves managing various aspects of human resources functions with a strong focus on recruitment making it a dynamic opportunity for HR professionals to contribute to our expanding team Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in recruitment and staffing processes is mandatory for this position Mandatory skill Proficiency in payroll administration and understanding of payroll systems to efficiently manage employee compensation and benefits Strong employee relations skills to foster a positive work environment and address any workplace issues effectively Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems HRIS to streamline HR processes and data management Experience in performance management to regularly assess and improve employee performance and productivity Ability to manage talent by identifying attracting and retaining high-performing employees to support organizational growth Demonstrated skills in employee engagement to enhance job satisfaction and retention of the workforce Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization s culture and roles Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate and implement recruitment strategies to effectively source and select qualified candidates for various positions Administer and oversee the payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations Foster positive employee relations through conflict resolution and effective communication across departments Maintain and update HRIS to manage employee records and generate necessary reports for decision-making Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness Identify talent needs and collaborate with department heads to design effective talent management strategies Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and organizational culture Conduct interviews and participate in candidate selection to ensure recruitment objectives are met efficiently
