  • Strategic planning competencies to contribute to the alignment of HR initiatives with organizational strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances and conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Administer payroll activities accurately, ensuring timely processing and compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of performance management frameworks to enhance productivity.
