Job Overview

Nexus Jobs is seeking a Junior Human Resources Executive for a full-time position based in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the HR field. The role involves managing various aspects of human resources functions with a strong focus on recruitment, making it a dynamic opportunity for HR professionals to contribute to our expanding team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment and staffing processes is mandatory for this position (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in payroll administration and understanding of payroll systems to efficiently manage employee compensation and benefits.
  • Strong employee relations skills to foster a positive work environment and address any workplace issues effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes and data management.
  • Experience in performance management to regularly assess and improve employee performance and productivity.
  • Ability to manage talent by identifying, attracting, and retaining high-performing employees to support organizational growth.
  • Demonstrated skills in employee engagement to enhance job satisfaction and retention of the workforce.
  • Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization's culture and roles.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement recruitment strategies to effectively source and select qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Administer and oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive employee relations through conflict resolution and effective communication across departments.
  • Maintain and update HRIS to manage employee records and generate necessary reports for decision-making.
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify talent needs and collaborate with department heads to design effective talent management strategies.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and organizational culture.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in candidate selection to ensure recruitment objectives are met efficiently.
