About the Role:

  • Project Execution: Hands-on involvement with lead databases, email marketing, outreach, and cold calling, ensuring qualified meetings are delivered while also coaching and mentoring the team.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: You'll guide the team to identify and qualify leads for various clients, ensuring the lead pipeline is managed effectively.
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor the inside sales team, ensuring that all client projects are on track and meeting the defined KPIs. Guide them when they face challenges in different aspects of running the projects.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients updated on project progress, listen to and understand their business needs, and ensure the team delivers accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a similar lead generation role, ideally within a B2B sales agency.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and CRMs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Solid organisational, team management and project-management skills.
