Global Education Sales Consultant

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused sales consultant to join our team at Futuremug. As a global education sales consultant, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, counselling them on study abroad opportunities, and converting leads into successful applications.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in counselling students for overseas education and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. You should be proficient in using CRM software and sales reporting tools, with excellent communication and counselling skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about available study options in international universities.
- Counsel students on courses, universities, and countries, understanding their educational and career aspirations.
- Provide detailed information on the admission process, eligibility criteria, and visa requirements.
- Convert leads into confirmed applications, guiding students through the enrolment and application process.
- Maintain a strong follow-up process, ensuring timely and accurate communication with prospective students.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the application process.
- Achieve sales targets by successfully converting inquiries into applications and enrolments.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales calling or counselling within the overseas education or related industry.
- Strong understanding of study abroad opportunities, countries, universities, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to engage and convert prospective students.
- Target-driven mind-set, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
