We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at GlowRoad, a unit of Amazon. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expansion in Tier II and III markets across India.

About GlowRoad:

GlowRoad is a social commerce platform that empowers sellers to reach end customers through a network of resellers in over 20,000 pin codes across 2,000 locations. Our platform targets the underserved Tier II and III markets, providing an unique opportunity for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for understanding and articulating the benefits and functions of GlowRoad services to sellers.
  • New seller acquisition across categories from assigned locations is a key focus area. You will ensure that all products are listed at competitive prices and establish long-term partnerships with sellers.
  • You will identify potential sellers and industry verticals, lead generation, and convert new sellers on GlowRoad.
  • You will analyze client requirements and propose solutions for growth while building strong relationships with sellers.
  • You will train sellers on all services offered by GlowRoad.
  • You will drive new product launches, source new catalogs, and ensure wide availability of products across categories from assigned locations.
  • You will build deep market understanding and achieve seller launch, selection, and acquisition targets.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional operations teams to streamline processes and assist sellers in becoming self-reliant.

Salary: ₹30 lakhs - ₹50 lakhs per annum (estimated)

Bangalore is one of the preferred locations for this role.

  • Bachelor's degree
