At Bharat Glass & Crockeries, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer relationships, and business development.
Job Summary:We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs. Develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Establish sales objectives by forecasting and creating sales quotas for the team and individual sales representatives. Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve these objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, social media, and other channels.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field. However, candidates with three to five years of relevant experience may also be considered.
- Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience: Three to five years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies is a plus.
- Competitive Salary: ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Commission Structure: Earn up to 20% commission on sales.
