Job Opportunity

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India, with a junior level of experience required (1-3 years).

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Kannada typing skills are preferred
  • GST and PF filing knowledge is beneficial

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹6,50,000 - ₹8,00,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
