Business Development Specialist
About the Role:
Hire Xpert is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have fundamental knowledge of Lithium-ion batteries and be responsible for answering clients' queries, providing technical advice, and demonstrating how to use new products and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, lead generation, understanding client requirements, technical presentation, sales proposals, and converting them into sales.
- Managing the entire sales life cycle.
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Handling all B2B sales, marketing strategy, and implementation in the organization.
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions.
- Identifying and establishing new business for the company.
- Liaising with existing clients.
- Organizing sales visits.
- Ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
Requirements:
- B.Tech (Electrical or Electronics) degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Team handling experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong presentation and data skills, well-versed with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, including explaining clearly, listening to feedback from clients, and working accordingly.
- The ability to negotiate with and influence others.
- Teamworking skills.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
