Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Specialist to work closely with customers, build relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of our products, specifically furnaces, and be able to communicate effectively with potential clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our business relationships, building sales pipelines, and providing technical support when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Build strong relationships with industries and academic institutions to drive sales growth
  • Visit potential clients to demonstrate our products and services
  • Provide technical support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
