Job Description:

As a Structural Steel Sales Associate at Bharat Structurals, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing business relationships, and effectively communicating our product details to customers. Your primary goal will be to attract clients interested in buying our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet new prospects and establish business relationships with previous known businesses.
  • Closely work with Fabricators, Builders, OEM's, PMC's, Furniture manufacturers, Architects, Structural consultants, Civil Contractors, PEB Manufacturers, and similar industries.
  • Work directly under the Managing Partner and have the opportunity to grow fast.
  • Demonstrate a strong network and connections within the industry.
  • Gain a competitive edge by having established connections with purchase managers of companies.
  • Effectively communicate our product details to customers.
  • Proactively generate leads.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up procedures to nurture relationships and ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks related to business development activities.
  • Showcase excellent verbal and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the Steel, building material, fabrication, or related industry.
  • Knowledge of Structural Steel products like Steel Pipes, Angles, Sheets, TMT, and/or related products.
  • The ability to work in the field regularly.
