Strategic Client Partner

As a key account manager at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key schools that generate significant revenue or have potential for revenue growth. Your goal will be to create and implement solutions that help these clients achieve their long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new schools and develop existing relationships with key schools to deepen our connections and increase penetration of our products.
- Develop a thorough understanding of key customer needs to work towards providing solutions and supporting their retention and growth.
- Act as a bridge between key customers and internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Ensure customer success through post-sales support, managing concerns, and updating them on new developments.
- Achieve designated acquisition, product penetration, and revenue budgets.
- At least 1 year of experience in business-to-business sales, including key account management and relationship management, preferably in the education or edtech sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
- Excellent presentation and conceptual selling skills.
- Capability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in government sales would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce, and help desk support software.
