About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Secretary to join our team at NEO HEIGHTS BUILDERS & PROMOTERS PRIVATE LIMITED based in Bangalore and Hosur. As a Personal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing top-notch secretarial and administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless daily operations.
This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be handling schedules, correspondence, meeting arrangements, and travel itineraries with ease and professionalism.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Freshers with relevant skill sets are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, email management, and data entry
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and maintain confidential documents and records
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools
- Freshers with relevant skill sets are also encouraged to apply
