Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative HR Coordinator to join our team at THE BARE BAR.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to develop their skills in HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare: Plan employee engagement activities, serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, and provide support to foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance & Feedback: Assist in collecting performance reviews, feedback, and goals; track employee progress and support managers in reviewing performance data.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update documentation, help draft HR policies, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Payroll Coordination: Assist in gathering attendance and leave data for payroll processing, collaborate with the accounts team for timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • General Administration: Handle day-to-day tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, office supplies coordination, and supporting the team with office upkeep and vendor management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with relevant internships encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, dependent on location and experience.
