We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our team with various administrative responsibilities.

As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking travel arrangements for employees, managing travel expense reports, and coordinating with vendors and service providers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Manage travel expense reports and ensure accuracy in expense claims.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Maintain and update travel and expense records in our internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce (BCom) or any related field.
  • Prior experience as a front desk executive or in the travel booking industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
