Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TITAN CONSULTANCY.
Estimated salary: up to Rs. 20,000 per month
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documents efficiently
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
