Job Description:

Sales Development Representative - Travel Sector

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of 20 clients through regular performance discussions.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team of 8-12 revenue management professionals by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
  • Revenue Optimization: Apply advanced revenue management principles to optimize pricing and inventory for clients, analyzing market trends and travel seasonality to inform decisions.
  • Process Enhancement: Establish and refine processes for revenue management to boost efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the team adheres to industry best practices.
  • KPI Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, continuously improving KPIs to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Strategy Adaptation: Identify market changes, competitive landscapes, and travel trends, adjusting and adapting revenue management strategies for clients.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in revenue management within the travel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in managing teams and client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
