Operational Leadership Role

The position is responsible for managing a contingent workforce program, serving as a single point of contact for any workforce need. Our vision is to be recognized as a valued business partner and a world-class program, focused on excellence in people, services, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute reporting dashboards and data sets to track key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), or support employee or vendor audiences. Leverage Power BI or similar tools for broader reporting needs.
  • Ensure internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented. Develop user guides, videos, or training materials to execute external process steps.
  • Execute internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation, monthly access reviews, and bi-annual consultant validation.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests related to our VMS.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting and quarterly/annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.
  • Provide monthly financial summaries and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.

This role requires someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
