Global Compensation Specialist

A cloud compensation consultant plays a pivotal role in the implementation and execution of annual workforce compensation plans across 100 countries.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application
  • Implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements, business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration, and deployment
  • End-to-end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plan for 100 countries
  • Collaborating with technical teams to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements
  • Resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT
  • Working closely with data teams to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or External tables
  • Providing support on WFA-related issues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing compensation solutions using Oracle Cloud Compensation application
  • Analyzing and configuring business processes for compensation management
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in compensation systems
