Compensation and Benefits Professional

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality compensation and benefits solutions to our clients. This involves designing effective pay structures, implementing annual pay reviews and bonus processes, and conducting market benchmarking and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of total rewards design principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is essential, as well as experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors.

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration, is preferred, but not mandatory. Relevant certifications from recognized professional bodies can also be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role.
  • Strong understanding of total rewards design principles and their application.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications from recognized professional bodies.
  • University degree in human resources or business administration.
