Restaurant HR Manager Position

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources professional to lead our restaurant's workforce management function. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the hospitality industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership, compliance knowledge, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Align HR objectives with business goals and ensure seamless workforce management.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment of leadership, kitchen staff, and service personnel, and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management Systems: Design and monitor performance management systems, and implement structured training and development programs.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry-specific regulations, and develop and update HR policies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of HR management experience, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
