Job Description

The Managed Service Provider (MSP) Coordinator will be responsible for managing tasks within our MSP program, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline workforce management processes and improve program performance.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.

The MSP Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our MSP program, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing program performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in MSP coordination within the staffing or workforce solutions industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
