Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead and manage the sales of our Business Loans through a network of Direct Selling Agents. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of secured/unsecured business loan products, strong relationships with agents, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Development & Management:
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents and District Sales Teams to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard new agents, improve existing relationships, and increase sales performance.
  • Sales & Target Achievement:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Monitor and optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to loan disbursement.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy:
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product development and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loans.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-8 years of experience in Business Loan sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of business loans, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage agent relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network of active and productive Direct Selling Agents.
  • Experience working with financial institutions or similar organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and loan management systems.
