Job Description

As a senior business development professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and capacity building programs for government and public sector organizations. Your key responsibilities will include leading revenue generation, managing client relationships, researching new market opportunities, and actively seeking out new sales possibilities through cold calling and networking.

Key activities expected of the job holder include preparing approach notes and proposal documents, translating client-provided information into clear program objectives and learning outcomes. You will also be responsible for creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, communicating with existing clients to support ongoing relationships, and assisting in program planning and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration or education or a related discipline.
  • Experience in curriculum design and blended learning.
  • Technical skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
