
Building Relationships Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Specification Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building key relationships with architects, consultants, and large contractors to drive product approvals and inclusion in project documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to secure product approvals and specification inclusion.
- Identify and capitalize on new infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential projects to generate leads.
- Conduct engaging product presentations, technical discussions, and demos to promote our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert specifications into orders and ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable market intelligence.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a similar field is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, or building materials with a focus on specification sales is required.
