Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Financial Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention, and income generation from sales of financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Develop and implement strategies to grow client portfolios and increase revenue.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Graduation in a relevant field.
- Energetic and sales-oriented individual with experience in the banking or financial industry.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NISM and IRDA certification is an added advantage.
