Job Title: Relationship Development Manager
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage customer relationship management systems, execute CRM campaigns, analyze customer data, and support business teams in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and segmentation.
- Execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn, and provide actionable insights to the business team.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Support loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Assist in the automation of CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase, Kwikengage, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
