About the Role:

The Growth Lead will oversee the implementation of data-driven growth strategies across various channels, including social media and messaging platforms. They will create and execute A/B testing experiments to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates.

  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach rural audiences, leveraging their trust triggers and adoption barriers.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences using analytics tools such as GA4 and Looker.
  • Design and implement attribution and tracking systems to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Create lifecycle journeys to onboard, engage, retain, and win-back customers.
  • Automate personalized communications using CRM tools and messaging integrations.
  • Benchmark competitor activity and develop vernacular retargeting strategies.
  • Launch referral and ambassador programs to incentivize customer advocacy.
  • Manage online communities and micro-influencer partnerships to build brand credibility.
  • Develop and maintain a content library with region-specific narratives and user-friendly materials.
Qualifications and Requirements:

A minimum of 3–6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or rural brand marketing. Proven track record of launching or scaling products in agri, FMCG, or rural India (Tier 2–4 markets).

Required skills include hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Hubspot/Zoho, Glide, Retool, and WhatsApp CRMs. Additionally, a deep understanding of rural audiences, their trust triggers, aspirations, and adoption barriers is essential.

Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is required, with comfort working across rural and urban contexts.
