
Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Professional to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our services.
- Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and exceed their expectations.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management on key metrics.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to increase revenue.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering results.
