Job Overview:
We are seeking an Account Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with clients through clear communication and timely updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
• Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and display campaigns.
• Translate client requirements into actionable briefs and maintain trackers, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Review deliverables to ensure they align with client goals and brand guidelines before final submission.
• Handle client queries and feedback with professionalism and speed, escalating issues when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or project coordination, preferably in a digital or integrated agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time and task management abilities.
• Comfortable working with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Passion for advertising, branding, and storytelling.
