We are seeking an accomplished Sales and Business Development Director to spearhead our growth strategy in India. This role will be based in Pune/Mumbai, with frequent travel across the region.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development. As a Sales and Business Development Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, identifying new opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
  • Manage contracts/ Retainerships and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization and execution for business growth.
What We Offer
