Sales and Business Development Director

We are seeking an accomplished Sales and Business Development Director to spearhead our growth strategy in India. This role will be based in Pune/Mumbai, with frequent travel across the region.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development. As a Sales and Business Development Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, identifying new opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
- Manage contracts/ Retainerships and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization and execution for business growth.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹15 lakhs to ₹25 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive benefits such as medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
