Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the establishment of strategic partnerships with Indian colleges and universities to enhance academic collaborations.
  • Negotiate and formalize Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and articulation agreements for student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.

Academic & Strategic Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with university academic teams to design and implement progression pathways and credit transfer models.
  • Align partnerships with institutional goals, ensuring academic quality and compliance.
  • Work closely with internal and external academic teams to map curriculum compatibility and student eligibility.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives.
  • Track project timelines, performance indicators, and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely reporting, reviews, and renewal of agreements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal leadership, international university partners, and Indian institutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with Deans, Registrars, International Office Heads, and Academic Councils of partner institutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships and international relations.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.
  • Proven experience in establishing articulation, exchange, or progression programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
