
Senior Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to spearhead new client acquisition for our US IT staffing division.
This is a key role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients. You will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence within the US.
Main Responsibilities:- Cultivate and secure new business opportunities
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies
- Promote lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts
- Negotiate and maintain service agreements, fostering long-term relationships with valued clients
- Deep understanding of US tax regulations (C2C, W2, 1099)
- Proven track record in successful consultant placements
- Able to build and lead high-performing sales teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment
- Established network of existing clients with ability to generate immediate business
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to independently manage the full sales cycle
